ABOUT FIVE MEDICINE

FiveMedicine is a telehealth company founded in 2018 by three Cameroonian- American brothers who wanted to change the landscape of health care, making it convenient and accessible to all. Given the telehealth focus, the name FiveMedicine was created to convey the messages of "wellness at your fingertips" and "medicine in the palm of your hand". FiveMedicine's primary focus is to address issues regarding health equity by making health care services accessible to underserved members of the community. Through face-to-face interactions and virtual appointments, FiveMedicine provides integrated, multi-specialty care to individuals suffering from a range of medical and mental health conditions.

Each member is a licensed and certified professional with extensive training and experience in their respective fields, such as nursing (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), phlebotomy (PBTs), pharmacy (Pharm Ds), medicine (MDs), and mental health (LPCs, LMHCs).
